Country Manager, Miami and Regional Business Manager

LABOUR AREA: Miami
EDUCATION:
Master of Business Administration with concentration in Banking and Finance or related fields
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Al least, 15 years of extensive experience in Bank Management positions, having served as:
- General Manager of a private bank with a high performance level.
- Regional Business Manager of a well-known bank with presence in Central America markets. Preferably, the management must have created from scratch in a situation similar to which is currently at BICSA and launched new banking business in different places.
LANGUAGES:
English Also, other languages may be considered.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Analytical skills
- Initiative and leadership
- Willingness to work as a team, trained to work under pressure. • Ease of negotiation and business relationships established.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills
- Skills in compliance with goals and objectives
- Access to travel by the Central American region to oversee the management of businesses in the region
