• This is a negotiable and transferable document.

• The rate is established on the LIBOR base plus a differential

  according to the term and a minimum floor rate is negotiated

  for the term of the deposit that will be applied if the resulting

  rate on each date of revision is not greater than this fixed

  minimum limit. This guarantees that your interest rate will

  never be less than the agreed upon limit.

• The placing of your resources at a medium term allows you

  to benefit from increases given to international interest rates

  depending on the changes that occur to the LIBOR rate for

  6 months.
